Herbal Remedies at Home
Learn to create your own natural remedies with confidence. This hands-on course teaches you how to create herbal solutions to support your everyday wellness - including common ailments like coughs, colds, stress, and sleep.
In fact, it can be as simple as baking cupcakes or cooking soup for dinner. But the word ‘medicine’ can feel intimidating—the ingredients are unfamiliar, and with so much information out there, it’s hard to know where to begin.
When I first started, I bought all the books, watched the videos, researched the herbs, but still felt stuck when it came to making my own remedies. But once I finally took the leap, I was amazed—both triumphant and wondering: “Was it really that easy?”.
This opened up a whole new world for me. It led me to start a herb farm with my husband, create a line of herbal products, and find deep appreciation for how herbs fit into my home as a mother of two young kids. I've since instructed many others how to prepare a remedy, with the same response of surprise and excitement. Now, I’m delighted to share everything I’ve learned in a practical course that helps you take that first leap.
I want to empower you to confidently make your own herbal medicines at home—with ease, humour, and the support of a community.
There are over 50,000 documented medicinal herbs worldwide, offering an endless world of learning. But that’s also what makes starting the journey a challenge. That’s why we’ve distilled this course down to focus on just 10 amazing, versatile herbs—enough to stock your cabinet with a wide range of remedies for everyday ailments. Sometimes less is more. We're all about keeping this practical, accessible, and completely do-able.

This course is perfect for anyone interested in learning how to make natural, herbal remedies from scratch. Whether you’re a total beginner or someone with a little experience, this course is designed to build your confidence and knowledge, step by step. It’s also ideal if you’re looking for practical ways to care for yourself and your family using safe, effective herbal solutions.
For most of the lessons, you’ll be working with basic kitchen equipment—such as jars, strainers, and common utensils. To make all of the recipes, you will need: dried herbs, beeswax, oil, alcohol, glycerin, honey, and vinegar. You may want to invest in some additional herbal supplies such as tincture bottles or tins for salves, but we'll provide guidance on what you need for each module.
The course is divided into 10 modules, each teaching you how to make a different herbal preparation (like teas, tinctures, syrups, and salves) using a featured herb. As the first cohort of this course, you will have a new module released each month. But once you're in, you'll have lifetime access to revisit lessons anytime.
