Learning herbal medicine doesn’t have to be complicated.

In fact, it can be as simple as baking cupcakes or cooking soup for dinner. But the word ‘medicine’ can feel intimidating—the ingredients are unfamiliar, and with so much information out there, it’s hard to know where to begin.

When I first started, I bought all the books, watched the videos, researched the herbs, but still felt stuck when it came to making my own remedies. But once I finally took the leap, I was amazed—both triumphant and wondering: “Was it really that easy?”.

This opened up a whole new world for me. It led me to start a herb farm with my husband, create a line of herbal products, and find deep appreciation for how herbs fit into my home as a mother of two young kids. I've since instructed many others how to prepare a remedy, with the same response of surprise and excitement. Now, I’m delighted to share everything I’ve learned in a practical course that helps you take that first leap.

I want to empower you to confidently make your own herbal medicines at home—with ease, humour, and the support of a community.

Hi, I'm Kate.

If we havn't met yet....

I'm a wife, mother of two, and former 9-to-5’er who took the leap from city life to rural living back in 2013. A few big personal health challenges sparked my interest in herbal medicine, and from that first cup of homegrown tea, I was hooked.

Since then, I dove head-first into the world of herbs—so much that my husband and I created a herbal tea and tincture business at our farm.

I can't promise after the course you won't go all-in too.

Are you ready to...

✔ Gain practical herbalism skills you can easily apply to care for yourself and your family.

✔ Build confidence to explore and deepen your herbal knowledge.

✔ Create simple, effective remedies for everyday ailments that truly work.
